Bali · Stay & Bakery
Baked here,
fresh, every week.
Slow-fermented sourdough, shaped by hand and baked in our own kitchen in Yeh Sumbul. The same loaves end up on your breakfast table.
It began with a few loaves
The bakery started small, with just a few loaves for the house. Word got around, more and more people asked for this bread, and the bakery grew with the demand. Today we bake around 150 loaves a week, in about five different kinds of bread.
Our philosophy is slow and organic. The dough gets all the time it needs, the flour is imported from Germany, and the bakery works with professional equipment, from the deck oven to the dough mixer.

Breakfast starts with our own bread
Choose one of three breakfasts. Slices of our sourdough with eggs, avocado and a fresh salad. Pancakes with banana or pineapple. Or a traditional Balinese mee goreng. Every breakfast comes with a fresh fruit juice of your choice and a plate of fresh fruit.
